Changes & Refunds
All online sales are final—yep, no take-backsies! If you need to make a change, just holler at us within 24 hours of placing your order by submitting your request through the "contact us" form on our website or emailing us at theplantbar.co@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Lost or Stolen After Delivery
Once your package is marked as delivered, it’s in your hands! If it goes MIA, contact your carrier for help, as we can’t track it down from our end.
Damaged or Missing Items
Uh-oh! If something’s damaged or missing, let us know within 24 hours (for damages) or 7 days (for missing items) of delivery. After that, we can’t offer a refund or replacement.
Shipping During Extreme Weather
Hot or cold, we’ve got to keep those plants safe! Bring your packages inside pronto if the weather’s extreme. And remember—shipping live tropical plants in freezing or scorching temps is a no-go. We’re not responsible for shipping delays.
What is the status of my order?
